Christopher Kintu Ssenono

Christopher serves as a Manager in Business Services and Outsourcing (BSO) unit in BDO Uganda. As the manager, Christopher is responsible for a portfolio of clients who have entrusted him to manage their accounting and financial affairs.  He is responsible for the delivery of various BDO’s bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, financial reporting, financial management, fiscal agency and financial advisory services clients in Uganda. His key clients are both local and international for whom he generates monthly management accounts and unaudited annual financial statements besides other special requirements, reports and assignments. 

His role encompasses accounting advisory and strategic oversight to the operations of the organisations, further expounding on his skillset of financial, compliance and regulatory and operational policies.

Prior to joining BDO East Africa, Christopher worked with Steadfin Uganda Cooperative Society (a U.S Embassy FSN Staff SACCO) as a Financial Accountant; Other recent experience includes working with PKF Uganda as an Audit Senior in the Projects and Investigative Audit Department and as an Audit Supervisor (SME’s) at A.H. Thakkar & Sons CPA. As an audit manager he gained experience in audits of vast corporations, projects and non-government organizations.

Christopher is a finalist of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU), holds  a bachelors degree in business administration. He has over twelve (12) years of experience in accounting, audit, taxation and business advisory working with diverse industries.
