Eliud Njoroge

Eliud is a Senior Manager at BDO with over 15 years of experience honed over stints in auditing companies in various sectors at one of the big 4 firms and managing a portfolio in a Private Equity firm. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a holder of a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com), Finance Major.

He is also the Country Manager of the Manufacturing Africa Program. At BDO, Eliud’s primary role is to originate and manage the Manufacturing Africa deals. He also executes capital raising mandates and assist in transaction advisory services. 

He is experienced and skilled in financial modelling, business valuations, preparation of investment decks, assisting in capital structuring, sourcing for potential investors, financial due diligences execution and liaising between all stakeholders within the mergers and acquisition field. Key competencies include investor negotiations, fund deployment, post – investment support, project management and stakeholder relationship management.

EDUCATION 

Eliud holds a Bachelor of Commerce (finance major) from the University of Nairobi in Kenya. He is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh Scotland.
