Million has over 25 years of professional experience as a leading Business and Tax Advisor, Corporate Financier and Transaction Advisor in Ethiopia and greater Horn of Africa region. Million runs one of the largest and most successful professional services firms in Ethiopia and has worked in senior positions in Ernst and Young before joining BDO.

Million has been closing several transactions and managing successful debt and equity raises across sectors and also helping navigate the forex and regulatory issues that are quite unique to Ethiopia.  He regularly conducts trainings and seminars and is a recognized prominent speaker at forums held for the industry and government in Ethiopia.

Million is an MBA and Bachelor of Accounting and Finance degree holder, and a member of the Institute of Accountants in Ethiopia.
