BDO expands into Senegal and Francophone West Africa

BDO has strengthened its presence in Africa with the addition of BDO Associates Senegal, formerly NexAura Associates and previously PwC Senegal, to the BDO network.

Based in Dakar, the firm is led by Mamadou Dieng and Magatte Kébé Dieng and brings extensive experience across audit and assurance, financial and strategic advisory, accounting, tax and legal support, and actuarial services.

Strengthening our support for clients across Africa

The expansion provides clients operating in Senegal and Francophone West Africa with direct access to an experienced local team, supported by BDO's international network, methodologies and multidisciplinary capabilities.
For organisations already working with BDO elsewhere in Africa, the addition strengthens our ability to provide coordinated support across borders while combining local market knowledge with regional and international expertise.
Senegal becomes the tenth country in the BDO East, Central, West and North Africa Cluster, joining Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Republic of Congo, Cameroon and Burundi.

The expansion reflects BDO's continued commitment to strengthening its presence across Africa and supporting clients as they establish, grow and manage increasingly interconnected operations across the continent.
