Avinash is an ACA-qualified finance professional with over 16 years of experience, currently leading the CFO-As-A-Service division as Director of Business Services & Outsourcing (BSO) at BDO EA Kenya. She began her career in audit at PwC UK, where she built a solid foundation in financial reporting and compliance across various sectors, including telecommunications, technology, real estate, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. Her expertise lies in analyzing financial statements, identifying risk areas, and ensuring industry-standard adherence.

With additional experience in a large UK telecommunications company's finance department, Avinash now focuses on delivering customized financial leadership and outsourcing solutions. She supports clients in streamlining operations for sustainable growth. She holds a BA (Hons) in Finance, Accounting, and Management from the University of Nottingham and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW).
