Davidson Moutou

Davidson Moutou is a seasoned finance professional with nearly two decades of experience at PwC, where he rose through the ranks to become Director in 2019. A Chartered Accountant registered with CEMAC and a fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants of Australia, Davidson has led numerous audit and advisory engagements across the financial services, oil & gas, and donor-funded sectors. His expertise spans ISA and PCAOB audits, IFRS, and OHADA standards. Notably, he has managed multidisciplinary teams on complex international donor fund projects, including serving as Local Fund Agent for Global Fund grants. From 2021 to 2024, he oversaw quality management systems for non-audit services across PwC Francophone Africa and contributed to PwC Global quality reviews in Paris.

Davidson holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Services from UCAC/Institut Catholique de Paris. Beyond his professional roles, he is also an author, having published a manual on accounting and financial auditing for the non-profit sector in developing countries. His commitment to professional excellence is underscored by his involvement in staff training and international PwC programs in locations such as Switzerland, Turkey, Malaysia, and Rwanda. Davidson combines technical depth with a global outlook, making him a respected leader and mentor in the accounting and audit profession.
