Magatte Kébé DIENG is a French Chartered Accountant and Audit Partner with more than 18 years of professional experience in France and West Africa, combining deep technical expertise with senior leadership responsibilities in audit and financial advisory services.
She began her career in France at PwC Paris, where she developed solid foundations in statutory audit, accounting, and financial reporting, working within structured and regulated environments. This early experience provided her with a strong methodological approach, high quality standards, and a deep understanding of professional audit practices.
She subsequently expanded her profile through a consulting role in accounting and financial advisory at Nexialog Consulting, where she supported finance functions on complex accounting matters, process optimization, reporting improvements, and system-related initiatives. This experience reinforced her ability to deliver practical, solution-oriented support alongside technical excellence.
In 2016, she was appointed to lead the creation and structuring of the PwC audit and advisory entity in Senegal. As President and Signing Partner, she led statutory and group audit engagements for subsidiaries of international groups, local companies, financial institutions, NGOs, and donor-funded development projects across multiple sectors, supervised quality control processes, managed client relationships, and developed high-performing teams.
Since June 2025, she is President and Partner at NexAura Associates, co-leading the firm with a strategic focus on organizational restructuring, digital transformation, operational efficiency, and talent development, to ensure sustainable growth and consistently high-quality service delivery.
