Executive summary
Ashu Manyor started her career in PricewaterhouseCoopers Cameroon where gained over 11 years of experience in auditing after obtaining her bachelor's degree in accounting at the University of Buea in 2012. She has worked under the assurance and advisory line of service, with a field of experience that cuts across telecommunications sector, audits of international donor funded organisations and the oil and gas industry. She is quite versed with International Standards on Auditing, accounting standards such as SYSCOHADA, IFRS, EITI (Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative) certification review for oil and gas companies, as well as special purpose financial reports applicable mostly to NGOs in Cameroon, Congo, Chad and Equatorial Guinea.
She was appointed Telco industry leader for Cameroon in 2022. Also, because of her accumulated experience in the Oil and Gas clients which she served, she was also appointed Oil and gas industry lead in 2024. Manyor has great passion in driving quality. In 2023, she accepted to be part of the independent testing team (headed by the internal audit team) where she was in charge of reviewing two objectives; 9 (Assignment of people on Engagements) & 12 (Support Engagement Performance) from the work performed by the quality Management System of Excellence (QMSE) Team. This enabled her to improve her experience under risk and quality
In 2025, she joined BDO East, bringing along the former PwC Cameroon Assurance experience, where she continues to focus on value added client service.
