Pascal NJI, FCCA, is a seasoned accounting and audit professional with over 18 years of experience spanning PwC Francophone Africa and the PwC UK. A Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant, he began his journey with PwC Cameroon in 2006 and has since built a strong reputation in audit quality and assurance. His career includes a recent two-year secondment at PwC London, where he worked within the Assurance Risk & Quality unit, participating in the firm's implementation of ISQM 1 and contributing to firm-wide quality initiatives. Coming back to Cameroon, Pascal supported audit risk and quality functions across the PwC Sub-Saharan Francophone Africa (SSFA) Territory and also served clients across multiple sectors including telecommunications, extractive industries, manufacturing, and NGOs.
In addition to his technical work, Pascal was the Learning and Education Leader for the SSFA firm for a number of years, overseeing staff training and upskilling across 10 countries. His academic background includes an MSc in Professional Accountancy from the University of London, a BSc in Accounting from the University of Buea, and a Certificate in International Financial Reporting. Known for his leadership in training and development, Pascal has delivered expert sessions on financial reporting, ethics, fraud, and IFRS across the region, positioning him as a trusted advisor and mentor in the profession.
