Serge Nyombayire

Mr. Serge Nyombayire is a strategy and transformation consultant with over a decade of international experience across project management, policy design, investment attraction, and innovation ecosystem development. He has led high-impact assignments across Africa and Europe, including Rwanda, Senegal, France, Switzerland, Kenya, Djibouti, Ethiopia, South Sudan, and Somalia, working at the intersection of government, the private sector, and international organizations. His experience spans national transformation planning, innovation strategy development, investment promotion, and institutional capacity building.

Serge has held senior consulting and leadership roles with organizations such as Pemandu Associates, Innovabridge, Prime Cement, Rwanda Development Board, the International Trade Centre (WTO/UN), and African Futures Institute. His work includes developing national strategies, leading results-based management initiatives, driving operational and financial performance, and supporting major public and private sector reforms.
