The Finance Act, 2022 (“the Act”) was gazetted on 23rd. June 2022 with the legal provisions contained under the Act taking effect on either on 1st July 2022 or 1st January 2023.  

We shall be analyzing the taxation changes introduced by the Act and how they affect the business landscape moving forward.
