Sandeep Khapre

Sandeep Khapre is the Regional CEO of BDO East Africa, overlooking full-services offices in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, DR Congo and Ethiopia.  BDO EA employs 500 professionals across the 7 African countries. Sandeep started his consultancy career over 29 years ago in the area of Strategy, Deals Advisory at Arthur Andersen. He has also successfully led teams in Technology Consulting and Development Consulting. His sectoral expertise is in Financial Services, Government and International Financial Institutions, Hospitality and Agribusiness.

Prior to working in Consulting, he worked in the industry at several senior positions for seven years. Sandeep is the Vice President of TIE Africa and the member of the Commonwealth Business Council. Sandeep has worked in more than fifty-five countries for varying durations of time and is geared to handle local, regional and international challenges.
